Benjamin Thomas Maynard, 30, of Amesville, OH passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 12, 1980, in Columbus, OH, son of James and Marcella Maynard.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Heather; three sons, Brian, Ben and Charlie; a daughter, Clairese; three brothers, Arthur Kathy, Neil Julie and Brian Leslie; three sisters, Jencie Paul Knaub; Vicki Wright and fiance' Brian Osborne and Nancy Joe Stotts; and his mother-in-law, Lee Ann Hamilton and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and Woodrow Demint and Rhoda and Kennis Maynard.
Services will be held at 1 P.M., Thursday, June 30, 2011 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH . Burial will be in the Mt. Hermon Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 11 A.M. until time of service.
