Betty Windland
Betty J. Windland, 85, of Belpre, OH passed away Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 20, 1929 in Little Hocking, OH daughter of the late Arley and Alice George Board. She was a homemaker and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert Windland; 3 daughters, Sandy and Jimmy McDonie of Columbus, OH; Pamela Boyer of Waukegan, IL and Cheryl and Noah Chaffin of North Lewisburg, OH; a brother, John and Clara Board of Little Hocking, OH; a sister, Mary and Francis Kibble of Reedsville, OH; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH. Burial will be held on Monday at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Nelsonville, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, from 6-8 P.M.
