Betty Jean Reed
Betty Jean Reed, 74, of Athens, OH went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Kimes Nursing & Rehab Center.
She was born June 4, 1939 in Memphis, TN daughter of the late James William and Donna Louise Bird Garey.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Cindy Buck Williams, Pamela Tim Johnson and Donna Mark Nelson; 3 sons, William T. Sandy Williams Jr., Robert Williams and Charles Williams; 2 step-daughters, Kathern Evans and Wanda Buchanan; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth N. Reed; 12 brothers and sisters.
Services will be held at 1 P.M., Sunday, June 30, 2013 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH. Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery, Reedsville, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday, from 4-6 P.M.
