Bill Zimmerman, 73, of 44 Fairfax Street, Stewart, OH passed away Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007 at Arcadia Nursing Center, Coolville, OH.
He was born June 3, 1934 in Stewart, OH son of the late Worley P. and Bessie I. Coen Zimmerman. He was an Army veteran, a Pressman for the Athens Messenger and owner of Bill's Carry-Out in Stewart.
He is survived by Sharon Jeffers; 2 half brothers, Richard Betty Storer and Gaylord Betty Storer; a special nephew, Bill Gloria Barnhart; a special niece, Teresa Robert Laughlin; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 half brothers, Raymond, Harold and Wade Storer; a sister, Mary Barnhart; and 2 half sisters, Vicki Leeper and Vinnie Williams.
Services will be held 1 P.M., Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev Charles Buck officiating. Burial will be in the Stewart Cemetery, Stewart, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday, from 4-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Association or the Parkinsons Disease Association.
