Calvin Hawk, 85, of Tuppers Plains, OH passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center.
He was born July 10, 1925 in Tuppers Plains, OH son of the late Chester Coy and Edith Josephine Spence Hawk.
He is survived by a son, Johnny and Sarah Giffin Hawk; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean, and 2 brothers, Lester and Floyd Vincent Hawk.
Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 1, 2011 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH. Burial will be in the Brick Cemetery, Tuppers Plains, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 11 A.M., until time of service.
