Dorothy McGraw Foster Kroegel, passed away after a car accident on March 6, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
She was born April 3, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of Evelyn Anderson McGraw and the late Robert McGraw.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James E. Kroegel; a daughter, Kimberly Foster; grandchildren, Randy, Nicky Bria and Jeanita; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara VanSickle; 2 brothers, Dwin McGraw and Robert McGraw; 2 aunts, Juanita Burke and Roberta Marquis; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stephen Foster; her father, Robert McGraw; and a brother, Rick McGraw.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held later at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donaions can be made to White-Schwarzel Funeral Home or blood donations to the Red Cross in Dorothy's name.
