Dwight Bissell

Dwight Ray Bissell, went to be with the Lord on September 24th, 2010.
Born Dec. 27th, 1944, he was the son of Margaret Singer Bissell and the late Charles L. Bissell.
He was a retired, self-employed contractor. He loved singing and playing gospel music, attending church and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother; his wife of 45 years, Carolyn Bass Bissell; one son, Jeffery Ruth Bissell; two daughters, Sherri Allen Warth and Angela Scott Sloan; three grandchildren, Latham Bissell, Mikenzie and Allison Warth; two step-grandchildren, Samantha and Kavika Sloan; five sisters, Helen Sheldon Garverick, Frona Riffle, Ada Curtis Randolph, Karen Larry Bowcott and Naomi Hawes; five brothers, Delbert Donna Bissell, Douglas Carolyn Bissell, Glen Melissa Bissell, David Nancy Bissell and Robert Sally Bissell; three sisters-in-law, Eleanor Lawson, Jean Young and Barbara Bissell; an aunt, Opal Hollon and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, two brothers, Roger Bissell and Dannie Bissell; three brothers-in-law, Roy Frank Riffle, Glen Lawson and David Young; his father-in-law, Stanley Bass and mother-in-law, Gertrude Bass.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Curtis Randolph officiating. Burial will be in the Heiney Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, from 4-8 P.M.
