COOLVILLE — Emily Jane Vannoy, 68, of Coolville, OH, passed away on May 31, 2018, after a 14 year battle with breast cancer.
She was born March 30, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of Arnold Veon of Coolville and the late Irene Sinnett Veon.
Jane attended Carthage-Troy School in Coolville and was part of the first graduating class of Federal Hocking High School in 1968.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jim Vannoy. She is also survived by her sister, Debbie Little (Bill) and two nieces and their families.
Jane is survived by her children, Jay Perkins, Julie Rector (Rob), Gretchen Chute (Shane), Jason Vannoy (Mandy) and estranged son, Jamie Vannoy. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Emily Biles, Austin Vannoy, Korben Jones (Amber), Bailey Chute and Gillian Chute, as well as great-grandchildren Sam and Gracie.
The family would like to thank Dr. Kelli Cawley, Courtney Beymer and everyone who works at the Strecker Cancer Center for the special care they have taken of Jane over the years.
Per her wishes, Jane has been cremated and there will be no funeral services.
