Florence Cozart Topping
Florence Taylor Miller Cozart Topping, 78, of Pomeroy, OH passed away Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008 at her residence.
She was born Aug. 21, 1930 in Hazzard, KY daughter of the late George and Alpha Noble Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Chapel Church.
She is survived by 3 sons, Gerald and Melody Cozart, George and Sylvia Cozart and David Cozart; a daughter, Fay and Gene Westfall; 3 step-daughters, Lucille and Clark Kinzel, Anna and Mark Stultz and Judy and Danny Walker; 2 step-sons, Virgil and Sharon Jacks and Joseph and Donna Jacks; 11 grandchildren, Christina, Mickey, Becky, Cindy, Nathan, Hannah, Jennifer, Rachel, Tara, Niki and David; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Darrel Cozart; her second husband, Ralph Topping; and an infant son, Clarence Edward Cozart.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Monday, Sept. 15, 2008 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. George Horner officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Coolville, OH
