Greta Suttle Brown, 86, of Long Bottom, OH passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 at Rocksprings Rehab Center, Pomeroy, OH.
She was born Jan. 9, 1924 in Minora, WV daughter of the late Lester W. and Maude Knotts Bailey. She was a member of the Fellowship Church of the Nazarene, a retired school teacher and a retired school administrator.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John L. and Susan Suttle; a granddaughter, Kristina and Randy Boston; a grandson, John L. "Chip" Suttle II; 4 great-grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Boston and Lillyann and Rex Suttle; and a sister, Virginia Starcher of Minora, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James W. Suttle; her second husband, Sheridan G. Brown; and 2 brothers, Kinder Kelley and Kiser Kelley.
Services will be held 3 P.M., Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Pastor Russ Carson officiating. Burial will be in the Minora Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to service on Sunday.
