He was born July 3, 1957 in Dayton, OH son of James Ralph and Rita Ann Barrett Wynn.
He is survived by his wife, Catrina Wynn; a daughter, Bobbi and a granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
