Margaret Blaker
Margaret Jane Blaker, 87 of Marietta, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday October 25, 2008. Surrounded by her loved ones. She was on her own journey where we couldnt go. She was born in Marion West VA on February 3rd 1921 to the late Murial and Lawrence Simmons.
Margaret was also preceded in death by two sons John and Ronnie Welch, and her husband Walter. She is survived by her children; Betty Smith, Donald Welch & his wife Shirley, Larry Welch, Roy Welch and his wife Donna all of Coolville Ohio, Joyce Cowdery and husband Lee of Reedsville Ohio, Janie Arnold and husband Blaine, in which Margaret had made her home with for the last four years in Troutville, VA, and Barbara Welch. Margaret also is survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Margaret may be gone in life, but she will always be alive in our spirits.
Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday October 29, 2008 at 11:00AM at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, Ohio. The Rev. Keith Kappell will be officiating. Her Family will receive friends Tuesday October 28, 2008 at 5:00PM up until 8:00PM. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
