Melissa Jane Cubbison, 42, of Belpre, OH passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, OH.
She was born June 5, 1966 in Athens, OH daughter of Wayne Cubbison and the late Marie Bowers Cubbison.
Including her father, she is survived by 2 sons, Jonathan Batten and Justin Batten of Belpre; 2 daughters, Tonia Marie Batten of Glouster and Brittany Batten of Coolville; 7 grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Cubbison; 2 sisters, Betty Romine and Teresa Cubbison; 2 nephews; and a niece.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Services will be held 1 P.M., Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Pastor George Horner officiating. Burial will be in the Frost Cemetery.
