Phillip E. Marshall, 64, of Belpre, OH passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 15, 1949 in Parkersburg, WV son of the late Roy C. and Hazel Clegg Marshall. He was an auto body repairman and attended Amazing Grace Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Welch Marshall; a son, Christopher E. Marshall of Belpre; two daughters, Amy Marshall and Terry Pierce of Belpre and Kimberly and Steve Rood of Reedsville; 7 grandchildren, Trent, Brittany, Ashley, Megan, Gracie, Natalie and Cody; a great-grandson, Braxton and a brother, Mark Marshall of Parkersburg.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Steven and Roger.
A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M., Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 at Amazing Grace Community Church in Tuppers Plains, OH with Pastor Wayne Dunlap officiating.
Arrangements are by White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH.
