Rickey L. Fought, 54, of Coolville, OH passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2008 peacefully at his home after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer.
He was born Jan. 22, 1954 in Parkersburg, WV son of the late Kenneth Fought Sr. and Maxine McGown Fought Dornick. He was a steelworker for Local 1651 and retired from Ames True Temper with 32 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Snyder Fought; a son, Rickey Fought II of Richmond, VA; a sister Debbie and Eugene Stoops of Coolville, OH and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Jr.
Services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. Larry Sampson officiating. There will be no graveside services.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
