COOLVILLE--Roy Cole, 90, of Coolville, OH passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at Arcadia Valley Skilled Nursing Center in Coolville.
He was born Aug. 9, 1926 in Frost, OH son of the late Fred and Cornelia Bailey Cole.
He is survived by his wife, Opal Blake Cole; a son, Roy Jr. and Sue Cole; a daughter, Linda and Bill VanBuren; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Katherine Overby and Helen Tate and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sons, Larry and Steve; 2 daughters, Barbara LaLonde and Susan Cole; 2 brothers, Kermit and Fred Jr.; 2 sisters, Edith and Pauline.
Services will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH with Pastor George Horner officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
