Sampson Hall

Pomeroy - Sampson Hall, 85, of Pomeroy, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Overbrook Center in Middleport.
Born January 28, 1932 in Mingo County, WV, he was the son of the late Marion and Lewfurcie Workman Hall. Sampson lived for many years at the Maples where he had many friends. Sampson was a good Christian man who attended church regularly as long as he was able.
He is survived by his wife Carol Haggy Hall and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Jean and twelve brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Ewing-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor James Keesee officiating. Burial will be in the Letart Falls Cemetery.
