Shelby Fox, 54, of Albany, OH passed away Friday, Aug. 15, 2014 at her residence.
She was born Oct. 7, 1959 in Athens, OH. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Richard and Carol (Phillips) Biggins. She was the owner of D P Dough in Columbus, OH.
She is survived by a special son, Bobby Rexroad; 3 daughters, Lisa and Herb Frymyer, Jessica Fox, Crystal and Slick Seaman; several grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Christina Biggins; a half-sister, Beck and several close friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Fox; a brother, Rich Biggins, Jr. and a granddaughter, Armani Fox.
There will be no visitation or funeral services. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
