Stella Louise Chevalier, 89, of Tuppers Plains, OH passed away Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Arcadia Nursing Center, Coolville, OH. She was born Aug. 26, 1917 in Big Otter, WV, daughter of the late James and Ada Dawson Triplett. She was a homemaker, merchant, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by three sons, George, John and Henry Hensley; a sister, Myrtle Harding; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Chevalier; a daughter, Mary Evans; a son, Robert Hensley; grandsons, Charles and Paul Hensley; a sister, Alice Leonard; a brother, James Triplett; and special friend, Bill Sumler.
Services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, OH with Rev. George Horner officiating. Burial will be in the Sandhill Cemetery, Long Bottom, OH. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, from 6-8 p.m.
