She was born March 19, 1959 in Manassas, VA daughter of Charlotte Chisholm Williams and the late Fletcher Williams.
Terry was a packer for Cold Water Creek in Mineral Wells, WV.
She is survived by her mother, Charlotte Williams; 5 sisters, Barbara Randy Fluharty, Patricia Ashcraft, Sandra Steven Kurtzer, Darlene Richard Copeland and Lisa Craig Sweeney; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fletcher Williams.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
