Zelda Burchwell, 90, of Hockingport, OH passed away Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, OH.
She was born Feb. 5, 1920 in Relief, KY daughter of the late Richard and Elizabeth Fyffe Ferguson. She was a member of the Hockingport Christian Center.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Leroy and Christine Burchwell; a daughter, Mattie Jeanne Harrison; 2 sisters, Elsie and Mabel; a brother, Glen; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin E. Burchwell; and a grandson, Martin and several brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will held 1 P.M., Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010 at the Highland Cemetery in Paintsville, KY with Pastor Paul E. Keaton officiating.
