Amy Marshall VINCENT—Amy Marshall, 45, of Vincent, OH, passed away Friday, March 18, 2022, at Marietta Memorial Belpre Campus. She was born Oct. 17, 1976, in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of Connie Welch Marshall and the late Phillip Marshall. She is survived by her mother, Connie; fiancé, Terry Pierce; 4 daughters, Brittany Pierce, Ashley Pierce, Megan Pierce and Gracie Pierce; brother, Chris Marshall; sister, Kimberly Marshall; 2 grandchildren, Braxton Haught and Abigail McElfresh and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Phillip, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jerry Pieri. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
