She was born July 20, 1950, in Ironton, OH, daughter of the late George and Elsie Blevins Easter.
Barbara is survived by a son, Chester Arthur, Jr.; 3 daughters, Juanita Jenkins, Jennifer Rowen and Deborah Jenkins; 2 sisters, Mary Cooper and Shirley Arthur and a brother, Alan Easter.
Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Monday, September 19, 2022, at Beech Grove Cemetery in Pomeroy.
There will be no visitation.
