Fairy Belle Foster

Fairy Belle Foster, 85, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 9, 1932 in Reedsville, OH daughter of the late Horace and Susie Buchanan Kibble.
She is survived by two sons, Greg and Lisa King and Mike and Jean King; two daughters, Sheila and Roger Westfall and Lisa Franco; a granddaughter, who was her caregiver, Jessica Lamm and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Foster and a son, Jimmy King.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH with Tom Blake officiating. Burial will follow in the Heiney Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, from 11 A.M. until time of service.
