REEDSVILLE-- Frederick J. Osborne, 68, of Reedsville, OH, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He was born Aug. 2, 1952 in Parkersburg, WV, son of the late Philip and Lorraine Pearl Snyder Osborne.
He is survived by 2 brothers, Teddy (Ruby) Osborne and Bob Osborne.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Brenda Cline.
At Frederick’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
