COOLVILLE—Judith Ann Clark, 60, of Coolville, OH, passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019 at Ruby General Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born April 4, 1958 in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of the late Cameron Charles and Anna Jane Sampson Weekley. Judith was a homemaker and a 1976 graduate of Federal Hocking High School.
Judith is survived by her husband of 40 years, Fred Clark; a son, Victor Clark; a daughter, Misty and Vernon Jarrell; two grandchildren, Katie and Bradley; a brother, Tom and Jennifer Weekley; a sister-¬in-law, Candace Weekley and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles “Bob” Weekley and many aunts and uncles.
At Judith’s request, she will be cremated and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville.
