Mark Ivan Smith, 54, of Shade, OH, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH.
He was born Nov. 26, 1964 in Rochester, Pennsylvania, son of Julie (Breckenridge) Wigal.
In addition to his mother, Julie and Dale Wigal, he is survived by 2 daughters, Kaitlyn Smith and Melissa Smith; 2 sons, Nathan (Jeryl) Smith and Michael Smith; 2 grandsons; a brother, Stephan Smith and a step-sister, Carmen Tingler.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
