COOLVILLE--Michael Anthony McIntosh, 50, of Coolville, OH passed away Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017 at Camden-Clark Memorial Campus in Parkersburg, WV.
He was born Sept. 24, 1966 in Hopkinsville, KY son of the late Alton Lee McIntosh and Linda Lou Spencer.
Michael is survived by his wife, Mary Francis McIntosh; a son Michael McIntosh, Jr.; three daughters, Kristen McIntosh, Bethany McIntosh and Brandi McIntosh Ashburn; five grandchildren; a sister, Michelle Matthews and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be hald at 2 P.M., Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017 at the Coolville United Methodist Chuch.
Arrangements are by White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
