VIENNA—Pearl L. Powell, 93, of Vienna, WV, formerly of Long Bottom, OH, passed away Monday, July 11, 2022, at Camden-Clark Medical Center.
She was born April 20, 1929, in Long Bottom, OH, daughter of the late Charles and Emma Dorst Powell.
Pearl is survived by a sister, Ruby Brewer; 2 nephews, Roger Deem and Darrell and Cherie Deem; 2 nieces, Sharon Gilbert and Janie and Bobby Fitch; several great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews and 2 great-great-great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bernice Deem and longtime friend, Eugene (Casey) German.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, from 5-7 P.M. and one hour prior to service on Saturday.
